How to plan out a healthy lifestyle?

I'm deciding to commit to a healthy lifestyle for my body and for my skin to make it clearer. I want to wake up and go to bed early and have a plan or a routine can anybody help me with a plan? like when to wake up what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner how to fit in my 8 glasses of water I usually drink, 20 minute total body exercise, and 10 minute yoga. 64 oz is 8 glasses of water and one water bottle is almost the amount of 2 glasses which I know. so can anybody help me plan this out? i would super appreciate it and best answer gets 10 points, all answers are appreciated :)

Prior to losing my job, I was authorized to use my company vehicle for both personal and business and pay for personal use on monthly expense report. A serious crime such as a murder is committed, then when on trial, sometimes it's the murderer, other times it's an innocent person, but they are quick to be blamed due to how they come off as emotionally withdrawn and almost robotic. Its nothing really specific about Akita's but one thing I've found has really helped with my lab is to just be ignore the dog for a few minutes (at least) before shutting her away, then when I let her back out don't give her any affection when you let her back out. It just says to the dog that when we spend time apart its no big deal. At first you might want to try ignoring her for as long as an hour, but in time you can bring this down and hopefully go a long way to helping your dog. Also its certainly worth mentioning to your vet!

Face and jaw swollen please help?

I do have two cavities in both wisdom teeth, I can literally feel my lower left jaw starting to swell up, when I try to open my mouth it feels a bit numb and swollen, and its swelling up very slowly. I'm 36 weeks pregnant with my first and after researching extensively I've decided to breastfeed my baby. Why is math so hard for me but everything else is extremely easy?

I'm almost eighteen, and ever since started school as a young kid I have always had considerable difficulty in mathematics. So much so that i was almost completely math illiterate until my freshmen year of high school. I took three years of algebra in high school and never advanced onto a full geometry class. Most freshmen are in geo and most seniors are either in calc or statistics by the time they graduate. Yet i can barely grasp the concepts of algebra. However, I don't even have to try in anything else. Its kind of an oxymoron, but i excel extensively in the sciences. Chemistry was a breeze and i was fascinated by it, and physics was so easy and again i was fascinated by it. I'm an academic freak when it comes to physics and chem, spending hours learning and teaching myself even after I've taken the courses. The supposedly advanced math concepts like vectors in physics were easy for me to learn, i think because I actually knew how i was using the math. Still i can't get pass a dumbo math class course to save my life. I'm also fascinated with history (as i am known to be a history buff) and love to write fiction. Pretty much my life is surrounded by intellectual pursuits. It just frustrates me considerably that people around me come to me for academic help, and I have no problem understanding and even expanding upon complex scientific concepts, but I can't do the stupid class room math. Anyone know why this might be? I have aspergers as well as dyslexia so i've always wondered if it might have something to do with it.

a protestant would for sure. The Catholics believe their traditions and read scripture trying to force in ideas they came up with apart from scriptures. Many protestants who believe the bible both old and new are God breathed and the standard by which we must live. This elevates the word of God over the traditions of man and seeks to conform to the ideas expressed about God, faith,, salvation, and daily living. Many protestants have left the bible all together and are teaching pop psychology out of the pulpit and the Catholics have it over them.

my religion is based on the catholic religion but I altered a few details so it makes sense to me. In the very early grades, we were taught about the pre-Christian roots of many Christian holidays, such as Christmas, Easter, St. Valentine's Day and more. It would be hard to find a Christian who wasn't aware of these origins. Today, we often celebrate these holidays for different reasons than our Pagan friends, but we do still observe them. There are a few Evangelicals who refuse to celebrate them, but for the most part, they're still on the liturgical calendar.

I just cant stick to my plan of gaining weight?

15 years old & i'm 5'4 & 95lbs. im usually around 90lbs but gained weight this week from eating. i have an eating disorder.. this is the 5th time ive tried to gain the weight and eat normally but i just cant do it because i look alot fatter than what i weigh expecially my stomach. and as soon as i start gaining a bit of weight my mum starts being a ****** to me, and i just cant get past the image i see in the mirror with the family i live with, as soon as i gain weight my mum allows my brother to hit me because she doesnt have to worry about my bones being brittle. and this is when i start to stop eating again and lose 10 pounds. i dont know what to do. should i commit suicide or what should i do? please help im so unhappy :(

There is a strong push in most organizations to institute a "culture of safety," meaning that employees who commit errors are not blamed for the error, but rather are seen as an unfortunate individual who made a mistake that many, if not all, employees would be prone to make under the same circumstances (within reason, of course; with repeated errors, the common denominator becomes the individual rather than the institution). The thought is that the "system" failed in some way to provide adequate safeguards against the error (this certainly isn't the case in all errors, but it is the assumption made initially in hopes of identifying any systematic faults that increase the chances of employee error). My boyfriend is the same , he was rejected by his father and told that he was no son of his. My boyfriend met his dad for the first time in Sept 10 , stayed for 2 weeks at his dads and came home. The outside of my left knee hurts only during running?

I was avid athlete, having competed in many triathlons, marathons, etc. My knee suddenly started hurting in middle of half marathon. It was a dull pain on the left side of my left knee. It quickly went from dull to sharp and i had to walk/limp the last 5 miles. I haven't been able to run since that day 4 years ago. One doctor told me I have arthritis (as shown on mri). Another doctor did exploratory surgery and said no arthritis and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then acupuncturist told me my IT band was tight and not aligning correctly. he prescribed deep massage (which was excruciating, but I'll do anything to run again.) What next? I've tried orthotics, new shoes, a knee brace, a band around the top of knee. I take karate extensively and with zero knee pain. Running is my passion, it's my therapy. In my heart I feel like it's something mechanical that's wrong that can be fixed, but no one can tell me what it is. Any ideas? Like i said, mri shows very beginning of arthritis. Surgeron cleaned it and said it's fine. I can jog for about a mile before my knee hurts. It's impossible to run through this pain. If I walk for a minute it recovers quickly but as soon as I start to run, instant pain. It absolutlely only bothers me when I run. Unfortunately, that is what I want to do most. HELP PLEASE! or give me a direction to go.

I was wondering about this, after hearing of it a lot. A serious crime such as a murder is committed, then when on trial, sometimes it's the murderer, other times it's an innocent person, but they are quick to be blamed due to how they come off as emotionally withdrawn and almost robotic. The MC was pretty hard. Some questions seemed like it could have 2 answers. The DBQ was okay. I had only 2 pieces of outside info for Rwanda and Cambodia. One for each so I don't know how I did on that and the thematic, I honestly think I did really good on! I wrote about atomic bombs since I wrote research paper on it and factories since I got a 100 on that topic on 2 essays. I hoping I got 40/50 for MC, 5 for thematic and like 3.5-4 for DBQ. Overall, I think the regents was okay but probably harder than previous ones.

Branches of Christianity?

What I'm wondering, is how Christianity got mixed up into so many different "branches", so to speak. I get that there was corruption in the Church in historical times. But it seems like there are too many different ways of practicing Christianity. It isn't enough to say you're a Christian. You're a Protestant, or a Baptist, or Presbyterian, or Catholic. I'm not trying to bomb the religion, but if the Bible states how to practice Christianity, shouldn't the religion be more unified? How did the King get away with bending the rules because he wanted to divorce his wife? He created his own religious group, how is that allowed? I'm just confused as to why it isn't one big group of followers, and why different groups fight with each other.

Girls, opinion on a female friend?

I have a female friend at work. We've worked together for 2 years now. We're really close and she trusts me quite a bit. As a background she has told me that in general she is a shy person. We usually have boundaries up since we're "friends" and both in committed long term relationships but I've noticed that she's touched me on the arm when i make her laugh or I got slapped recently (in front of others) for teasing her about her height. But at other times she seems distant so I can't figure it out. I was just wondering what your opinion on sex before marriage was. All throughout my childhood and teenage years all I heard my mom talk about was about how sex was for married people and how she would be so disappointed if one of her daughters was out having sex and still living under her roof. Need a doctor's opinion/guidance please?

I lost my teaching job recently due to our city and county schools merging so I will not have insurance until I begin the new school year in the fall with a private school, so I can not go to the doctor just yet, but would like to describe some symptoms in hopes to get a general idea of what might be wrong with me...over the last year I have begun eating healthy and exercising daily...I've actually become a fitness guru, I am at the gym everyday, twice a day, a typical day consists of biking 15-20 miles, swimming 50-80 laps, lifting weights, walking 2-4 miles...yet I can not lose a pound...I am 5'4", 142 lbs and want to weigh around 130-135. My stomach is bloated all the time, the minute I eat anything it swells up, and often my pants suddenly won't fit. I have actually lost about 15 lbs already since January (I gained a lot over the holidays), I did that by eating well and working my tail off, and my upper body looks great-toned and lean, but from the waist down, I look huge/swollen. I haven't had a period in about 6 months. But now no matter what I do I can not lose weight, I have tried changing up my workout routine to get out of what I thought was a plateau, nothing helped. Can anyone please advise me?? Oh, I have had my thyroid checked extensively, it's not that. :(

I'm so confused right now!?

I'm thirteen years old and i'm in 8th grade. recently i started cutting myself , thinking about suicide and taking random pills i find around the house just to feel some numbness. i also became addicted and obsessed about depression and ways to commit suicide. I feel like i actually have depression, but some of the symptoms don't match at all. i became addicted to thinking that i have some kind of mental disease or personality disorder. I also cry constantly and sometimes i really don't know the reason. Sometimes i feel that i'm trying to call someones attention, but involuntary and After i do that i find myself thinking: " why the hell did i do that?" It feels like someone else different from me it's taking control of my body! Huskies accused of Killing Pets?

We have two huskies and of late the dog has escaped a couple of times. We came home to quite abusive neighbour the other days saying that he had killed another neighbours rabbit and cat. The local Ranger called over and said they had reports of our dog being dangerous. I don't condone killing animals by other animals but I resent the word dangerous; Consequently the ranger went away. To our knowledge he has not been out again until today, and within 5 mins another neighbour knocked on the door to complain. I asked her how she knew it was him and she said she just does. We have secured the entire fence and today they found another way out so we have secured that area as we. The Dogs are walked extensively every day. What on earth can we do. If they get out again and do kill I fear they will be put to sleep. My husband and I are beside ourselves. Just the thought brings me to tears. Anyone with any ideas as to what to do.

In Southern Arizona, I would plan a long weekend in either Tucson or Phoenix, get the info from cabinet maker, do a little or a lot of shopping, and just generally have some fun. I have lived and worked in rural Arizona, probably not too far from wherever you live, pretty boring out there, use this as an excuse for a fun weekend.

Hi, I want to do English Lit at uni and I'm worried that I might be unrealistic and weird. I mean, I love reading but I don't read widely and avidly. Enough to be able to get a narrow A at Higher but not as extensively as unis would want me to. I'm an international and I read more in my native language than in English but I want to study English Lit, not my native literature - I wouldn't get any job after such option (complicated). Whenever I read though, I feel like I'm floating... I just love reading, but don't have enough time to do it, i.e 100 books a year as Oxford uni wants of their students. If I wanted to go to Dundee uni, I doubt they expect such a high number from students but still literary skills are the same everywhere. Am I being unrealistic? Thank you very much.

People commit suicide because they can no longer handle the pain of living. Why would anyone want to stop someone else from killing themselves when they just want the pain to stop? I have a female friend at work. We've worked together for 2 years now. We're really close and she trusts me quite a bit. As a background she has told me that in general she is a shy person. We usually have boundaries up since we're "friends" and both in committed long term relationships but I've noticed that she's touched me on the arm when i make her laugh or I got slapped recently (in front of others) for teasing her about her height. I'm giving up on my life?

I'm 16, I've been in hospital since February. I've been diagnosed with serious depression, and major anxiety. Pretty much my mind tells me EVERYONE hates me, or talks behind my back, even my friends, people i don't know, everyone. It's horrible. To feel like people hate you. I think people hate me because i'm not manly enough or I'm not perfect in their eyes. I'm constantly focusing on my appearance and body image (I'm a guy). And I have to check the mirror EVERY 10 MINUTES and it makes me feel ****. I can't change the way my mind thinks. It's been a massive build up of depression and anxiety for about 4 years and I only told people in February. But it's been going on to long, nothing is working, no medication is working either, nothing. I go on Y!A and talk about this, and I get people saying "toughen up loser, you have a good life, your lucky" and "you should commit suicide, jesus would hate you because you give up so easily" I'm christian btw. Why, even when I ask for help, I get dIck heads saying that to me? why? So what do I do now? it's horrible, feeling like this. Thinking my friends hate me , thinking the public and family hates me. It's ****. Bad. They said I get at least 1,000 thoughts in an hour, 90% of them on negative things. So what do I do? I'm thinking suicide is the best option. If anyone is going to say I should toughen up or say some damn rude thing like you're weak or an idiot, say it. I will commit suicide. Just say it, one person and I will do it. I'm serious.

This is a tough situation. I understand their feelings but as much as they care for you they are being selfish without even realizing it. I'm not sure how old you are but obviously you are old enough to make your own decisions and be on your own. They should be proud that they have raised you to be a responsible caring adult. If you weren't I doubt that you would be this concerned about their feelings. You just need to tell them that you love them but they have done their job in raising you well and that it is time for you to start making a life for yourself outside of the home.Tell them that you are grateful for everything they have done for you but now the time has come for you to be an adult. Let them know that you will always be there for them no matter where you live. They may not like it at first but they will eventually come around. As awkward as it may be I think it best to talk to them now so that they have some time to prepare before you leave. This way by the time you actually move they will have had plenty of time to come to terms with your decision and will most likely be more accepting of your choice to move out. I think if you just wait until the last minute it will make things worse. They will be extremely upset and may even lose respect for you for not having the courage to discuss it with them before hand. It will be hard but they are your parents and they love you so I'm pretty sure they will still want you in their life even if you aren't living in the home. They will probably try to guilt you into staying but you just need to stand your ground. Letting go is a hard thing to do for a parent especially with having lost your siblings but you just need to remind them that you are only moving, not going away forever. I'm pretty sure it will all work out in the end.

My brother died and everyone around me distanced themselves cos they didn't know how to approach the situation.. So I was very lonely. A man kept going out of his way to see me.. Me being at a bad place in my life let him in. Dated him and found myself too afraid to leave. He was abusive.. I got sicker and skinier and sadder and started to believ I needed him cos no one else could love me.. As abuse has these affects on people. Lucky for me, one night he threw me down the stairs in the dark and locked the door. I was forced to live in my car, but I was finally released from him. For years I was like a little mouse. Afraid of people.. If it sounded like sum1 was at my door I'd run to the shower so they'd think I was unavailable.. Once you start letting positiv things into your life (which takes courage to begin with) you'll be able to let all the toxic go.. The only person your hurting is yourself.. Revenge will not make you feel better. But if you just pitty them, and not expect more of these people, you will realize you don't need to even waste your thort or heart on them.. And when you forget what they taught you about yourself and when you learn to see you in perspective.. You'll see your a strong amazing person that endured through so much. Why do you think women generally are pricing themselves out of the marriage market?

I have read several newspaper articles about so many women complaining about the very clear reluctance of so many men to commit to marriage. As soon as they get the message from women that marriage is is very much part of their plan many men break off the relationship. I really don't bame men for doing this nowadays as this we now live in an extremely anti male society in so many ways in which men lose out in a big way especially in the divorce courts, divorce settlements, child custody, domestic violence even when it is the female who is the guilty violent party - female violence is increasing alarmingly with men the victims - yet the police arrest the male. The word of the woman is believed over that of the male even when it's a tissue of lies as it often is. Innocent men lose their homes and their children and sometimes more than half of their money and that happens far too often. So to the women - listen up: that is why men will not commit. Surely that's not too difficult to take in is it? Sensible men will stay single things being as they are now.

When my Mother passed away a young Catholic priest came into her hospital room and asked us her family if he could pray for her. We said of course. He prayed and made the mark of the cross on her forehead and then kissed her forehead and sang a song in a beautiful tenor voice. It was very moving, especially at such a heavy time of mourning for all of us. Since then I have wondered if he gave her absolution. And indeed is it even possible for a priest to give a protestant last rites and absolution? I have a pug and its turned my life into chaos...need help?

I had expressed a desire to have a dog about two years ago and suddenly without warning my uncle gifted me a baby pug about a month ago and it's turned my life into chaos. I'm studying in my final class of high school and need to prepare extensively for board exams which are extremely difficult. Morever, i also take coaching classes and French language classes which consume about four hours daily. Although my parents are most helpful but still as I'm the only child, a lot of responsibility has been put on me and my parents are working. My uncle refuses to take back the puppy as he feels I'm too modest and escaped to his home town in California. The puppy has a lot of needs such as care, food, toilet and play and i feel I cannot study properly for my exams and at the same time do my school work such as home work and tests. i'm afraid that it's been about a month and he has gotten used to the house and daily activities so I cannot give him to someone as he tries to bite that person and runs back to my house which is just a a block away and whenever I put him in a dogcare, he becomes too stubborn and refuses to stay there. At times i get so annoyed when my time is wasted and sometimes wish to kill him. I need advice on how to manage my time. Please help with whatever you can do.
