Face and jaw swollen please help?

I do have two cavities in both wisdom teeth, I can literally feel my lower left jaw starting to swell up, when I try to open my mouth it feels a bit numb and swollen, and its swelling up very slowly. I've brushed my teeth extensively, and washed my mouth out with peroxide and mouth wash, any suggestions of what it might be?
