Is it illegal to order valium online without a script in Australia?

I have a spinal injury that renders me in agony at times. I end up having to go to hospital by ambulance, which I hate to do as there is a big shortage of doctors & beds in Australian hospitals. This is totally preventable by taking Diazepam (Valium) at the onset of the pain. I moved 100kms away from my family doctor of 20 years, & have had major problems obtaining this medication where I live now. If I could order diazepam from overseas without a script for personal use it would save a lot of pain & valuable hospital beds & doctor's time. I don't want to break any laws, & have looked extensively for the laws about this, and can't find much info about having this medication sent to my home by post from overseas to Australia. Does anyone know anything about this?
