Is Japan the right choice right now?

With the current situation, the likelihood of radiation problems in Shikoku is basically zero. The problem is that the situation is not fully under control. TEPCO can't be trusted, IMHO, and there are quite a few foreign sources that paint some rather scary potential scenarios. If all goes well, no problems in Shikoku. If the worst possible case happens, then all bets are off.
