Even after having your ears pierced for a year, should you clean them everyday?

Your ears have been pierced long enough that they should be completely healed by now. You no longer have to clean them like you did when they were first pierced, but you should clean them as often as you shower or bathe. If you have worn the same earrings for almost a year you should turn them occasionally, preferably just after you shower while your skin is still wet. If you change your earrings you should clean the new earrings you are going to put in your ears with alcohol just before you put them in your ears. No matter how long your ears have been pierced, always clean a new pair of earrings thoroughly before you put them in your ears the first time.
