Recommend me a group-friendly MMORPG for 28 year old?

I'm looking to make new friends to play with on a large playerbase MMORPG! I need a break from my social life and now want to spend some quiet time online. I quit Runes of Magic because it's extensively soloing and I prefer groups and adventuring together. I'm on Aika Online right now. If you can recommend me a MMORPG that focuses extensively on groups and friendly social aspects, I will appreciate it! I'm 28, by the way! It would be great to have a group of people who are 20-30 years old too! Thanks!
