If your familial status unexpectedly changes and the LandLord refuses to accept it....?

I have a two year lease in IL and my Father was just diagnosed with cancer and has already undergone the surgery to remove the tumor and will shortly begin radiation treatments. He takes care of my sick mother and is now unable to. Bottom line is they need to move in with me and my family for care. Not sure how long it will take at this point and could possibly be permanent. I have talked extensively to my landlord about either allowing my parents to move in or release me from the lease to purchase a home for my whole family. She refuses to do either and claims she has two mortgages and needs the money and that she also does not want any sick people living in her home. Claims her father also died of cancer and it was horrible and she don't want that here. So what can I do legally! I know she will take me to court. With the expense of taking in my parents and my 8 children, I can not pay two house payments. Any advice would be Greatly appreciated!
