Do you need to be good at math to become a physician?

I really want to be a doctor(physician or dentist). I'm very interested in biology and Chemistry but to be honest my math skills are lacking. I don't mind passing the needed calculus pre-reqs but I'm wondering if I really have to study math extensively and be very good at it in order to succeed in medical school and as a doctor. I'm a high school senior about to enter university if that helps. I also know stuff changes in college but being a doctor has always been my dream ever since I saw my first one.
